Jim Moriarty wonders if Kiwanis International has a position on the SCHIP insurance program.

Happy Bucks:    Kevin Carlson – something about Kobe Bryant playing in Dallas next year?  (Went over the scribe’s head); Dan Breitbach was happy that he escaped further torment from John Anderson this week; Jim Moriarty reported that his son is happily not in Iraq, but in St. Paul (Say hi to Garrison Keillor), and that he now has his very first cell phone; Doug Dix put two in – one for the Rockies ( Red Sox will eat them alive), and one for a friends son freshly back from duty in Iraq

Next week’s program:

Speaker:     James Kern, the new director of Brucemoor, was apparently unable to make it.  Instead, we sorta sang songs #19, 13 and 9, at the behest of Dan Breitbach.  Some of the songs were familiar from fraternity days, only with cleaner lyrics.

Word for the day:   Word for the Day:  Superannuated = Old.  And "Welcome Back" to Don Grimm.  We missed your weekly words.  Another offering, “Molumious” was offered by the Webmaster, and the meaning is “massive” or “laborious”.  Hah!
