The organization has been in operation for 57 years with the mission to present, sponsor educational programs in theater/drama/arts for children.  They contract with Kennedy, Jefferson, and Washington High Schools each year to present children friendly drama.  In the 2008/2009 school year they are sponsoring:

T
imeless Tales at Jefferson, October 15-18
Disney 100 Dalmatians’ at Kennedy January 28-31
Sleeping Beauty - Washington H.S. April 22-25

Mary Locher is responsible for the matinee performance on Wed @1:00 pm.

T
his performance is used for school field trips. Last year 1679 students attended the matinees of 3 performances.

Attendance has declined this past year.    They are looking for funding for tickets and busing students to this function.

Word for the day: Pixilated  -  1) somewhat unbalanced mentally; also, bemused.  2) whimsical.  Jim Moriarty successfully gave the correct definition!!!
